PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 2026

Paintballz.io keeps only what the game needs to work:

• Your game account: your player name, stats (kills, deaths, wins, playtime), cash, the guns and accessories you own, friends and settings you choose.
• Signing in: if you sign in with a username and password, we store the username and a securely hashed password (never the password itself). If you sign in with CrazyGames, Google or Discord, we store the account ID they give us, not your email or password.
• Phone number (optional): if you add one in your Profile, we store it only to text you a code when you reset a forgotten password. Codes are sent by Twilio. You can remove it at any time.
• On your device: a sign-in token and your game settings are saved in your browser's local storage.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse (rate limits) and may appear in short-lived server logs.
• Chat: messages are sent to the other players in your match and are not stored.

Purchases

Splats (the green paint currency) can be bought on paintballz.io. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details, only a record of what was bought and when. Splats and items bought with them are a licence to use them in the game, have no cash value and are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Advertising and cookies

We don't sell your data. Ads on paintballz.io are provided by Google AdSense, and on crazygames.com by CrazyGames. These services may use cookies or similar technology under their own privacy policies:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.
• Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.

Watching a video ad for a reward (Shop → Deals) is always optional; those rewards are in-game only and have no cash value.

Children

Paintballz.io is a cartoon game suitable for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what the game needs to run, and you don't need to give any personal details to play.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile, which removes your account data from our servers. You can also clear the game's data from your browser at any time.

TERMS

• Play fair: no cheating, hacking, bots or exploiting bugs.
• Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech or offensive names. We may remove names, mute chat or ban players who break these rules.
• Cash, guns and accessories are virtual items with no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
• The game is provided as is; we may change or reset features and balances while we improve it.
